Q: Is immediate cover available?
A: Yes. You can obtain a quotation and immediate cover via our website by using our interactive quotation facility. If you would prefer to speak to an advisor by telephone we are available during office hours (Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 5.00pm) by calling us on 0845 094 8266. Documentation is available immediately following insurance cover.

Q: How much will it cost?
A: In order to determine the cost of your insurance you will need to obtain a quotation from us. You can do this online by using our interactive quotation facility or by calling our office on 0845 094 8266. Each and every quotation is assessed on the individual details disclosed to us and our subsequent insurers.

Q: How can I pay for my policy?
A:We offer our customers a choice of payment methods. You can choose to pay your insurance premium in a one-off lump sum by debit card or credit card (see below for accepted cards).

 Q: How do I view the policy wording(s)?
A: To view the policy wording for our trailer insurance package, please click on our ‘Products’ page and follow the on screen instructions to view the complete policy wording.

Q: How do I make a claim?
A:To make a claim or report an incident, please refer to your full policy wording where a claims telephone number will be provided. If you are unsure about any aspect of this you can contact us on 0845 094 8266 where we will be happy to reaffirm these details to you. Always have your policy number to hand when calling. Claims and incidents are fully handled by our experienced claims handling team.

Q: How do I change or cancel my policy?
A: If you wish to change any aspect or cancel of your insurance policy with Datatag Trailer you will need to put your request in writing and send it to:

Q: What can I do if I’m not satisfied with Datatagtrailer.co.uk?
A:If you are not wholly satisfied with the cover provided by your policy or the service provided by Datatag Trailer you have the right to cancel your policy. Please refer to the back of your policy wording for further details of what to do if you are not satisfied by any aspect of your policy or by Datatag Trailer Insurance.

You are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS at http://www.fscs.org.uk.
